Beautiful bike, seems well built, but...
This bike is stunning and appears very well built (solid metal mud guards, shimano gears, etc). Putting it together was also rather straightforward and my daughter loves it.I did have a major headache with the front wheel being too small. It says 26 1 3/8 but the tyre was too big for it. I contacted the seller who was good and offered to take the product back for a full refund or issue a part refund. I ended up taking the partial refund and ordering a new 26 1 3/8 wheel which was indeed a little bigger than the one the bike came with, and fitted perfectly. Weird problem. You don’t expect wheels to be the wrong size... particularly when the back one is just fine.Hopefully just a one off issue. The bike is gorgeous and the seller was helpful. So four stars.

Terrible
Extremely upset, ordered this bike for my birthday was so excited to get it and when it arrived the front tyre does not fit and is too big for the wheel, when I called Esc they didn’t want to know and did not care and just told me to call Amazon or British Eagle! Do not order from this company. I’m either now going to have to pay extra money for a new wheel on top of what I have paid for the bike or pay to send it all back! Not what I expected when ordering something that is new and It has been so much hassle. Terrible.
