I have used a Dritz chalk marker for years and was, for the most part, very happy. What I didn’t like was the movable tripod because I constantly had to check that it was sitting on the floor correctly. The Prym looked like it would solve the problem and it did - but - the Prym chalk line is much less sharp than the Dritz. If I could only meld the two it would be perfection!

Use a small medicine bottle...it almost fits, to replace cracked powder container...clean the little squirter top off well and put a round of double stick tape inside or on the medicine bottle...yahoo!!

I bought this after my original broke after 40 years. This one broke after 4 uses.

Some parts are broken!

The chalk that is released sprays so wide an area that you cannot tell where the hem line is. It is messy and you cannot do it by yourself. Even with my husband's help, we could not get it to work properly.

My mum is a seamstress and her favourite gauge had finally succumbed to 20+ yrs of work. So happy to find this one for her and got it super fast!!! Worth the price and wait if you have a seamstress in your life.

Tus faldas quedan con la redondez perfecta! Tuve otro de otra marca que me duró años, espero que este más porque es más robusto.

Pratico e sicuramente utile. L'unica cosa che vorrei far notare è che la linea non è segnata in maniera definita.. ma sicuramente aiuta.

Könnte man auch ohne Bedienungsanleitung anwenden. Lässt sich nach Gebrauch einfach wieder im Karton verstauen. Qualität und Funktion gut.
