Ok i have never see a timex smartwach i did not know they made one till i did see it on amazon it took me about 2 months to save and on top of it i got it on sellmade it better. So now i need to say this is very very nice it works on my LG very good love the color the feel very light to wear i an so please with this. Very nice service. Take it from me every thing works on it made very nice and you to will like and love this as much as i do thank you

I had really high hopes for this watch. I love Timex, and have always owned one. But the app wouldn’t pair with my phone. The watch did, but not the app - wait, why do both the app & the watch need to pair? Who knows? Who cares? Maybe it’s the app’s fault, maybe it’s the watch (software v hardware) but really, who cares? It just didn’t work, is all you need to know. Avoid this item. I wanted an alternative to my Apple Watch - something with a round face. This was not it. A no-name, Chinese made watch for $30 is what I ended up buying instead, and it performs wonderfully.

I love timex.. only watch I have bought for over 30 years. I still have them and they work great. But I could not get the watch to sink with my phone. And so I believe I will wait for a later generation by them before buying

It has a lot of features, so it's a pretty good value. The battery life is ok.

I was ready to give this 5 stars for being a simplified fitness watch but it doesn't keep the correct date. It syncs the time but is always a day ahead. That makes it useless as a fitness tracker or even as a watch. --edit-- let me elaborate a little more. It is possible to turn time synchronization off but it seems pointless to have to do this. There are no settings for a time zone. The watch otherwise would be a nice one to have. It has a good screen, fits well, and the app isn't overly obtrusive but does allow quick viewing of stats. If you don't want to you wouldn't even have to look at the watch. Timex has failed to address the errors and their app is outdated. I suspect this isn't Timex at all but the holding company simply allowing someone else to make a quick buck at the expense of their reputation. The Active version at least functions but has it's own flaws that I will address in another review. I really wanted this to be nice but I can't excuse a company with a respected history of accurate time pieces getting it so wrong.

Should have read more reviews before purchase. Pain to set up. Gestures only worked sometimes so often need two hands to turn on display. Can’t scroll screen. Remote camera didn’t work. Wouldn’t synch phonebook... There’s a reason it’s only $75...

I was excited to try out this watch. I've used a Fitbit by Garmin in the past and I loved the features like how it kept track of my steps (even though I'm not a big health nut.)The neutral color is nice and the band was relatively comfortable on my wrist. Though as a woman, I felt like it looked abnormally large on me. Also, it's not as light as other similar products.The app took up quite a bit of space on my phone and was difficult to follow.I think it's a bit overpriced for what you're getting. Could really use some improvements.

I found the cost affordable, and the smart watch perfect as a college graduation gift.

The software on the watch doesn't respond at all, after having a second one with the same problems, not asking for another, not dealing with CSR.
