Older Edition Still Helpful!
I believe this is an older edition of the E&E series, however it still covered the same concepts we discussed in my current Civ Pro class and helped me score better than I imagined. The charts and diagrams were very informative and I incorporated some of them into my outline.

Great Practice and Life Saver
This book was a life saver when preparing for the Civil Procedure final. It was recommended by my professor and really helped me understand the big theories. I really appreciated all the practice when it came to applying the theories of jurisdiction because the examples were always much more complex than what was discussed in lectures and great exam prep. Civ Pro was my best grade first semester and I have a feeling it was because this book challenged me and helped me think about the topics more in depth. I have purchased other books from this series after the great experience.

I owe my A to Glannon.
I got an A in Civ Pro, and I owe it mostly to Glannon. This book makes things MAKE SENSE. If you are mired in personal jurisdiction hell, order this immediately. I ordered it a week before finals, and spent all of my study time just reading the sections that corresponded to my class topics. The hypos are great for testing your comprehension, so don't skip them or cheat. My recommendation would be to order this the second you feel lost in Civ Pro, and use it along with the casebook readings to prepare for class and exams. Don't wait as long as I did, and at least one class will feel a lot more comfortable.

A Doctrinal Course Must
If you're in law school, then I highly recommend ordering all of the Examples and Explanations books. Even if you don't read them word for word, the practice questions help tremendously when preparing for finals.

Must read, especially for a complicated subject like civ pro
Very, very helpful book. I used this book my first year of law school and it truly helped me master civil procedure. I would first of all recommend to read the book before the semester starts, because during the semester you won't have that much time. If you didn't have a chance to read it before, definitely read it during the semester, just remember that whatever your professor says...goes. There were not that many concepts that my professor disagreed with this book on, but it's important to remember that. As a gift, I sent the author my book, "Let's LSAT". It was my way of saying thanks.

The very best
Dear 1Ls: you should own this. While it's not the most exciting read (duh, you're in law school), if you read this cover to cover civil procedure will make a lot more sense to you. Glannon does a great job of explaining how the elements (personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, venue, joinder, etc.) fit together. Glannon's E&E on torts is also amazing.

Brand new product Fast shipping
Clear and precise product description, however, the packaging wasn't suitable somehow because the book had a huge damage in the corner even though the book was completely new..π’
