Progress LightingP5197-09 Fresnel Lens Pendants, Nickel

These pendants definitely make a statement. When in doubt, go big. With LED bulbs, they throw off a lot of light and with a dimmer, can be brought down for accent lighting. While I would have preferred a more bronze color the chocolate brown certainly works for me. But be aware that these are certainly more chocolate than bronze. One of the boxes from Amazon arrived smashed up pretty bad. I was concerned until I opened it. The packing is terrific and there is so much space in the upper part that a box can take a big hit and not damage the light. The bell part of the pendant is well protected and survived perfectly. I just love these lights and the look. I highly recommend them, you will hear a lot of compliments.

Really solid, looks great. The only issue was the size. The maximum diameter is at the lens pins. So they looked too small.12-1/4” is really about 10-1/2. I sent them back and went the next size up.

The part labeled “O” on the instruction sheet was missing from both the pendants we ordered. I submitted a request on Progress Lightning’s website, but after the automated “we’ve received your email and will get back to you” auto-reply, we heard crickets. So we had to spend time searching the internet and local hardware stores for something that would work. We finally found something, but at this price, we shouldn’t have to shop for parts that were supposed to be included with the product, and their customer service obviously needs improvement. You cannot hang these pendants without that component.

This light is stunning. I absolutely love it. My problem is I bought three of them that were listed as new. Two of the lights were new. The third was not in original packaging. It was thrown in a HUGE amazon box with not enough protection. It has a small scratch on it. It should have been listed as open box or used.

It is a larger size breakfast room matching piece of the smaller size pendants of my new kitchen island. The pendants for the kitchen island are not installed yet, this one has been hung and it looks "HUGE". I bought an openbox one from an amazon vendor so I was looking forward just to seeing it work. So far it does, and just as the vendor stated it looks brand new, never used before. I have to imagine overall how it looks with all other pendants when my kitchen is ready. It looks very modern, sleek. And it is solid.

These lights were a perfect addition to our Master Bathroom remodel. They were heavy with a real glass diffuser.

Love these, they were exactly what I was looking for with the fresnel lens and the brushed nickel. They look great and dont feel cheap in any way. Only tricky part is opening the lens to install a lightbulb but just make sure to support the lens and you'll be fine.

I'm glad i got this light fixture for my remodeled co-op kitchen, i installed it over my U shape silver purl granite counter top, over the island part. Its easy to install, Its mounted 36" low from the ceiling and 3 feet away from a small Minka ceiling fan  Minka Aire F510-BS One Light Brushed Steel Hugger Ceiling Fan , on high speed and the light is stays still, not moving, this fixture is the jewel of my kitchen. Thank you Amazon :)

love it!! saw it on line at home depot and other lighting stores. Amazon only one offering a 16 inch diameter. what an impact in our kitchen, won't regret it!

We were worried when the package showed up as the box had been banged up in shipping but the lamp was in perfect condition. Installation was quick and easy. Package includes various lengths of tube so you can adjust the height to match your ceiling height. Very happy with the results.

Looks amazing over my kitchen island. The contrast of my white cabinets looks like a designer picked it out.

This is definatley our best purchase for our kitchen at home. It is a staple piece which everyone notices as soon as you walk inHope the review helps
