While helping friends and family with gardening tasks, I have used quite a few different spray guns, from various suppliers, and this one is not only outstanding for value, but also easily the best spray gun that I have tried.It seems that for quality and price, Spear & Jackson are hands-down the most reliable supplier of gardening tools and equipment.It feels very solid, but is still light in the hand, and the rubber grip is very comfortable.The selector-dial feels unusually sturdy, with a nice, strong 'click' for each position.There is though one weakness, described by other reviewers here: The metal clip, used to lock the trigger/handle in the full 'On' position, is not seated very deeply in the metal body. While it actually works well, and is easy to operate, other reviewers have suggested that it may fall off. To solve this I drilled the fixing-holes a little deeper, using an 'Archimedes drill' (Amtech R0282, available on Amazon) and a 1.5mm bit. I have purchased several of these spray attachments but every one has leaked but not this one it’s PERFECT! Meaning I can turn the hose on and I don’t have massive puddles everywhere. So if I’m busy digging & planting all day I can just pick the hose up & water the plants in as & when I need to. Highly recommended.

Good quality, sturdy, good price

I ordered this gun as a replacement for my old one which leaked like a sieve. Overall I’ve been very pleased with it. It cost less than my previous one and yet it feels more sturdy. It has a standard fitting so no problems attaching it to my existing hose. It has a good selection of different jets to suit most requirements. I use three in particular, the jet for hosing things down, the shower for general watering and the soaker if your plants are really dry. I’ve used the soaker a lot during the hot weather and it’s really good at getting a lot of water into your pots. There is one downside of the soaker...you have to be above your pot as the water literally pours out so it’s impossible to water anything that’s more than a foot away so not great for doing your borders. I’ve taken one star off for this as I would have liked it to flow a little further. You do get the normal mist setting and I use the center setting for boarders that are not easy to reach. All in all it’s been a great gun and I would buy the same one again. Definitely no leaks.

I have found this to be great, very strong, well made and easy to use. I read some people had issues with connecting to a hose coupling and at first I did, but I changed the cheap hose coupling and hey no problems. I love the different settings and find the mist setting perfect for in the green house, the jet is great for washing the car or washing down the path etc. I would strongly recommend buying this much better than all the plastic one I have had in the past.

Works well and has a quality feel

This is a quality spray gun, it’s compact and sturdy, has lots of different sprays, I think it will last a long time, it’s Spear and Jackson so a great make, I have a lawn mower of theirs and it’s proving to be very reliable as well, would definitely recommend

Se siente y se ve bien construida, de metal, pesada, con agarre gomoso, gatillo sólido, cambio de funciones muy suave, sin pérdida de agua con los cambios, y con muchos modos de riego. Probablemente haya que sumergir regularmente el cabezal en alguna solución contra la cal si se tiene agua dura en la zona. El seguro es muy sencillo y si se safa será sencillo sustituirlo por uno propio. Es sencilla y parece duradera, y por ahora no ha dado ningún problema ni tiene fuga alguna.

Perde dopo 1 mese, non lo ricomprerei

Por ahora encantado, es fuerte y funciona perfectamente, en mi caso no tengo el problema que comentan de la anilla que se cae, recomendable, saludos.
