I do not recommend this pump. Second one from two different suppliers, same result. Pump burns out within a few days with this second one burning out in less than four hours of continuous use. Input voltage regulated to 12vdc. Motor windings burn out causing an internal open condition. Motor is sealed inside pump housing making repair impossible. Pump motor drawing less than it’s 3-watts when it burned out so the pump wasn’t operating under max load.

The pump worked when I hooked it up with a solar panel on June 6, 2019. Unfortunately, today August 19 the pump is already broken. I checked the power all the way up to the pump and the pump is dead. Everything else is fine. So, it is kind of pricey for a pump that lasts 2 months.

Called submersible but your need to hard wire. It does not come with a plug.
