So, the battery works great. Functionality-wise it's perfect, however, the issue is when trying to remove the protective film on the adhesive side. The adhesive is permanently adhered to the film, meaning when you try to remove the film you also remove all of the adhesive. The battery is installed, but it's being held in place by the pressure of the lower lid rather than adhering to the case like it's supposed to.

Very low cost compared to Apple original. Kit included all needed special screwdrivers. Good value.Easy to install, came precharged so the laptop booted right up.
