I've had this for about 6 months now, and feel it appropriate to write a review, given extensive usage and time has passed.I use this at least once a day. I keep it on my keychain with a lot of other things, keys, multitool, and so I always have it on me throughout every day. I mainly am connecting to my Samsung/Android device via the Type C port.The product works as advertised. It has worked for me every time. No file corruption issues. No issues with it being recognized by my phone. No special setup was required, though the seller included a wealth of documentation and troubleshooting q/a, all of which was never needed, but nice to have.Despite carrying this all day every day, jingling against other metal objects - potentially objects that could damage this tiny, yet durable USB device - there has been no damage whatsoever to the body or either port. It is very durably constructed and done so with a durable, thick metal.I am thoroughly happy with this product. Thank you for it.

I'm a teacher and have only been using this product for 3 weeks and it's already broken. I transferred all of my files over from my older mac to my new mac, went to plug it in this morning, and it's not working on any computer. Very disappointing and now I have to scramble before the bell to get today's lesson on my Smart Board. Not to mention the time it's going to take to get a new flash drive and re-transfer all of my files over.

I have a need to transfer files back and forth easily and quickly. Traditional OTG cables and normal thumb drives would not work for me. This drive does the job effortlessly! It will ask you to format the "drive". Follow the simple on screen instructions. It just takes a few seconds.

I got this for watching downloaded movies on my Roku and was severely disappointed when i first tried to hook it up to my PC. The first thing that happened when I plugged it in to my USB C port was windows said something was wrong with it so i scanned it and fixed it. Then I tried to transfer a movie and it was transferring at only 6MB/s which is very slow for type C. So I tried putting it in my USB 3.0 port and got the same speed result, plus it got very hot. When i took it out, it was so tight in the port that the whole USB port got ripped out so now i'm down a USB 3.0 port AND have an almost useless flash drive.

Worked for a solid 3 transfers. Now is dead while still on the first day. The drive is not detectable in 4 different computers. I knew it was too cheap, but I liked the form factor. Not worth the hassle to return.

Had been searching for a Thumb Drive for my MacBook Air that I could also use on other computers still using standard USB. This fits the bill and with 32 gigs can move large files with ease.

The physical dimensions of the USB-A side are off so I couldn't even push it into a USB port because it was too tight. It stripped blue plastic from my computer port and an adapter. Had a replacement sent, same thing. Maybe a bad batch, but if so, horrible quality control.

My main purpose for buying this USB is, of course, the USB Type-C,which works completely fine.But when i need to use the USB 3 it sometime doesn't work.One day it will work and one day it wont. Maybe on one computer it works and on another it doesn'tIf for some reason i had to depend on the USB 3 i would just bring a backup USBI would still recommend buying it if you mostly use USB C and very rarely use USB 3
