Hofsess of ______________________________, ______________________________, California _________________________(the "Client")- AND - Stefani Correia of 15141 Olde Highway 80, A8, El Cajon, California 92021(the "Contractor").BACKGROUND:A.The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client.B.The Contractor is agreeable to providing such services to the Client on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the Client and the Contractor (individually the "Party" and collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:Services Provided1.The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide the Client with services (the "Services") consisting of:◦Market, Be the point of contact for the buyer, Negotiate the selling price of the furniture, Show the furniture for sale to the prospective buyers and collect monies due.2.The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Client.Term of Agreement3.The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until April 13, 2016, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term of this Agreement may be extended with the written consent of the Parties.4.In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this Agreement, that Party will be required to provide 3 days written notice to the other Party.Performance5.The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.Currency6.Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in USD (US Dollars).Compensation7.For the services rendered by the Contractor as required by this Agreement, the Client will provide compensation (the "Compensation") to the Contractor as follows:◦30% of each item sold.8.Invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due within 30 days of receipt.Reimbursement of Expenses9.The Contractor will not be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in connection with providing the Services of this Agreement.Confidentiality10.Confidential information (the "Confidential Information") refers to any data or information relating to the Client, whether business or personal, which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to the Client and that is not generally known and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to the Client.11.The Contractor agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which the Contractor has obtained, except as authorized by the Client or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply during the term of this Agreement and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this Agreement.12.All written and oral information and material disclosed or provided by the Client to the Contractor under this Agreement is Confidential Information regardless of whether it was provided before or after the date of this Agreement or how it was provided to the Contractor.Ownership of Intellectual Property13.All intellectual property and related material (the "Intellectual Property") that is developed or produced under this Agreement, will be the sole property of the Client. The use of the Intellectual Property by the Client will not be restricted in any manner.14.The Contractor may not use the Intellectual Property for any purpose other than that contracted for in this Agreement except with the written consent of the Client. The Contractor will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from the unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property.Return of Property15.Upon the expiry or termination of this Agreement, the Contractor will return to the Client any property, documentation, records, or Confidential Information which is the property of the Client.Capacity/Independent Contractor16.In providing the Services under this Agreement it is expressly agreed that the Contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee. The Contractor and the Client acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service.Notice17.All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement will be given in writing and delivered to the Parties of this Agreement as follows:a.Hazel P. Hofsess____________________________________________________________, California, _________________________b.Stefani Correia15141 Olde Highway 80, A8El Cajon, California, 92021or to such other address as any Party may from time to time notify the other.Indemnification18.Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its respective affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this Agreement.Additional Clauses19.It is the understanding that the escrow, sale of property will end May 13th. Upon close of escrow this agreement will end and terminate. All monies due the contractor, Stefani Correia , will be deducted out of the sale of each item as it is sold.Dispute Resolution20.In the event a dispute arises out of or in connection with this Agreement, the Parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through friendly consultation.21.If the dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period then any or all outstanding issues may be submitted to mediation in accordance with any statutory rules of mediation. If mediation is unavailable or is not successful in resolving the entire dispute, any outstanding issues will be submitted to final and binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The arbitrator's award will be final, and judgment may be entered upon it by any court having jurisdiction within the State of California.Modification of Agreement22.Any amendment or modification of this Agreement or additional obligation assumed by either Party in connection with this Agreement will only be binding if evidenced in writing signed by each Party or an authorized representative of each Party.Time of the Essence23.Time is of the essence in this Agreement. No extension or variation of this Agreement will operate as a waiver of this provision.Assignment24.The Contractor will not voluntarily or by operation of law assign or otherwise transfer its obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client.Entire Agreement25.It is agreed that there is no representation, warranty, collateral agreement or condition affecting this Agreement except as expressly provided in this Agreement.Enurement26.This Agreement will enure to the benefit of and be binding on the Parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators and permitted successors and assigns.Titles/Headings27.Headings are inserted for the convenience of the Parties only and are not to be considered when interpreting this Agreement.Gender28.Words in the singular mean and include the plural and vice versa. I've watched this a few times now and it is her ability to convince us that she is really is doing the things she is imitating whether catching a Pirate's bullet, to changing the babies, to the Kegel exercises and having a total spa experience. Her facial expressions are able to draw us in, but I cannot imagine being in that audience especially in the back or in the balcony as they would have no real view of the stage. She is a smaller person and I haven't been able to spot monitors and screens that would give them a view of what is going on. (If any one does spot them let me know) She is a very funny lady and I am looking forward to seeing her other shows.

Love Wanda Sykes. First half of this show was excellent about politics during the Obama era and the second half was okay about her personal experiences. In the middle of this show, this amazing woman talks about her coming out to her family as being gay and how she pokes fun at how it is not much different than if she had to come out to her family as being black. It was a nice juxtaposition between being gay and being black, both are things she cannot change about herself, yet her family or anyone will offer two different reactions. This is definitely a show for adult audiences, but if it wasn't for the adult language, young people would enjoy it too. Very intelligent woman. Great show!

I have watched this comedy show twice now, The first time by myself and the second with my Husband and Mother. I don't usually laugh at jokes the second time around but Wanda Sykes is so funny in content and delivery, I just couldn't help myself. I highly recommend this show to anyone needing a good laugh. She swears a little which doesn't bother me but I know it bothers some. It is when Comedians swear every other word thinking they are funny, that turns me off. This is just plain funny without the need to mask humor with indecency. Very funny!!! (This is not the review of a product I received in exchange for my review, however, The review I provided is of my honest and unbiased opinion)

Now a master in her field, she is more intimate, more authentic than ever before. Yes, of course she's hilarious. But she appears happier, lighter. She's a parent now, she looks healthy and at peace. She is married again, but this time doesn't seem in such a hurry to call it quits. The relationship is less fodder for the stage, more like glimpses into love's little infuriations. She is older and wiser. Don't worry! She's still got a fire wit and razor tongue. But she's doing it all with love. You can see it at the end. She's feeling truly blessed, true gratitude. That is a real artist. Can't wait to see her next role, show, special. Whatever it i, it's always a delight to see Wanda again.

Lots of funny content here, though due to its topicality some of the material is a bit stale.Once or twice she was WAY over the PC line, so be forewarned. I didn't mind it, but there's was more shock value than humor sometimes. It might have been funnier several years ago.OTOH, there's some real comedy gold here, and it's definitely worth a view. Like George Carlin, half the show is Wanda's presence and delivery, not simply the funny content. Stuff that normal people would try to say and fall flat doing it becomes hilarious when a comic genius delivers it, and Wanda is a comedic genius. Make no mistake about that.Recommended!!

Very funny. She tells what she imagines is the truth about things such as President and Michelle Obama. What I mean is she imagines things they would like to say but can't now that they are the POTUS and Mrs. POTUS. It is funny. She talks about how as a kid her mom would stop them from doing things saying "White people are watching you." She covers many topics. You just really have to watch this for yourself. You will be glad you did. I literally did LOL several times. I watched it at a time when I really did need to laugh so if you ever need something to pick you up, I recommend watching this.

This comedy special is so funny! the package was very damaged and the DVD case was cut/damaged as well. I think that was customs maybe? Anyway, the DVD is great, I love Wonda, it just came in very bad shape which I was not happy about as i bought it for a gift.

I have watched this multiple times, still makes me laugh out loud, Wanda Sykes really is funny, I like her naughty sense of humor... ;-)

I absolutely loved this DVD. Wanda sykes is the funniest female comedian about these days, and she will have you crying with laughter with this stand-up performance. Well worth the buy. Thanks.
