A: L-arginine is an amino acid found in foods – such as meat and dairy products — some whey protein supplements and l-arginine isolated supplements. When ingested, arginine converts to nitric oxide, which has many health benefits that include sexual well-being and issues that involve blood flow, such as leg swelling. Also, nitric oxide is a vasodilator, meaning it relaxes the inner muscles of your blood vessels, causing the vessels to widen. In this way, nitric oxide increases blood flow and lowers blood pressure.

**Q: These tabs don't have their original "shell" coating, now just compressed powder. Like the shell of an m&m and were easy to swallow. Why?**
A: They did this to make them easy to swallow. However, when taking the pill with a drink so do not notice any difference. Thanks!

**Q: Where is this product made (country of origin)?  is this product usp verified?**
A: NOW brands has been making quality supplements for years.  Not sure of actual location of production.  I have always had great luck with their stuff.  BTW it's best to take Citrulline with the Arginine for maximum benefit.  Usually 5gs of the A and 2gs of the C so your body can maximize the Nitric Oxide effect.  If you're in training it definitely helps.
