tablet pc is a joke title for this Piece of Work! It is soooooo slow even the youngest child gets bored and Annoyed waiting for the thing to start apps, internet, videos and games! It also is miss leading since it is a "Tablet Pc" you would think it would be Bluetooth enabled, if So Your Sadly Mistaken! Ohhhh and you think with the quad core processing and higher grade graphics card it would be Awesomely Amazing in Speed, AppPerformance and Image/Graphics Quality......Well You will be disappointed it's Laggy, crash happy and a wifi jumper! the sound is poor quality, both cameras are too and don't even try voice command/recording unless you like crackly ear piercing voice back,,,,,May be good for a horror film soundtrack but nothing else.....Ohhhhh The worst of it is that its advertised to children yet is the easy mobile device to totally destroy!! My son was pushed with his in his bag in a zipper case in a protective case and with a screen protector (shatter resistant) a week after we bought it and the screen spider webbed more the I ever saw and the LCD was cracked all the way across! I saw the fall and it shouldn't have had that much damage if any!! I then replaced them and dropped it a foot of the carpeted floor on it corner and i was Horrified to see the Lcd was cracked again...The buttons also became jammed down, wiggly then all together stopped working in a matter of weeks......Save your time, Sanity and money......Find a Better Tab and you can for the same Damn Price

Ok. Worked great at first. Charged it for 10 hours before first use as instructions said, I set things up for son and then gave it to him. He brings it to me within a half hour saying he could not get it to turn on. I tried and nothing worked. Finally in the evening it came back on randomly. Then later it had trouble with the touch screen... I was trying to set up a game for son and when trying to put in name it kept beig overly sensitive or freaking out. I would push "d" and it would throw a whole bunch of extra letters in. So far now it seems to be working normally again, but not sure if I like it or not.... In some ways seems like nice tablet but having these little troubles just after getting it is making it kind of a pain!

Horrible POS. Bought this for my little brother after his RCA was damaged during therapy. We used this one for entertainment and speech therapy, worked well for about 30 days then started to overheat and shut off when in use. Here's how it works: shuts off within a minute when you turn it on, then shuts off in the middle of restart and restarts its self. Gets really hot when charging and we have to unplug for a while then plug it back in. It's so frustrating I'm surprised he didn't fling it. Aslo really thin and flims . Spend forty bucks more and invest in a hard protective case. Unfortunately we couldn't find a case for the other one or els we would have repurchased.

I bought this for my 7 year old, worked fine but the power button or any other button on there breaks easily. She used it for a couple of hours on the first day, used it for about an hour the second day, and turned it off. She pushed the power to turn it back on a little while later and one side of it got stuck under the frame. I tried to get it out for half an hour without success. So then I took it apart just enough to where I could push it back out, but as soon as it opened barely enough to see under there, everything under the button, including the tiny plastic piece that holds it up, all fell apart without me even touching it. It's too cheaply made, I've fixed a good number of tablets and phones before (not all mine) and I've never seen one do that.

These are as cheap as their price. I bought 5 one for each member of my family. one broke when it was dropped even though it was in a case. They said these were good for children. What child is not going to drop something. Another's touch screen went all wac. it keeps putting numbers and letters in the password area even when you are not touching it. You can let the battery completely die and recharge it. and it will still go crazy. The Battery life is a hoot. Even if you fully charge it, turn off all systems and turn it off you loose all juice in the tablet with in a matter of a couple of hours without ever using it. I wanted something that would allow us to read and play a few games while in the car running errands or visiting doctors. As well as something my kids could use for school and Bible Study. But the only way you could really use them is if you have people that are never clumsy and tied to an outlet at all times. Pointless!!!

Bought 2 of these for my kids birthdays, The sound messes up and is very low. It also would not play YouTube videos. Runs slow and couldn't read the micro sd card I put in it for additional storage. Screen scratches easily, couple of years later and they are both dead, one got a cracked screen from my 5 year old and the other just stopped working. They were fun while they lasted, kids had fun with them in the car and on rainy days. These are good for kids that like to play apps from Google Play only, not so much for watching videos. Not very durable.

I had bought this tablet less than 2 months ago as well as the additional warranty for my son along with a protective rubber case because it was touted as such a great tablet for children and already had Zoodles on it. The tablet broke recently when my son took it to school with him and they will not fir it even though it is still under the manufacturers warranty because the think the inside screen is cracked. How sad is it that this is supposed to be so kid friendly but obviously is not! How sad that between the manufactures warranty and the additional warranty I purchased the will not fix the product. What a waste of time and money!!!!

I ordered this tablet after searching for tablets within a certain price range. This specific tablet had good reviews and came highly recommended. I have been pleased with it for the price. It does run a bit slower than tablets I have previously owned. It feels lightweight and somewhat cheap, but does function for basic use. I would not recommend it for excessive use or for live action game play.
