Different, but effective
Different from the old formula. Takes some time to figure out how to use this to achieve the same results, but the new formula works just fine. Still seems like a deal compared to other similar products.

Style with Confidence
Got2B Phenomenal Texturizing Clay offers excellent hold and texture at a fair price. It’s perfect! I’m transitioning from Axe Promenade to Got2B Phenomenal Texturizing Clay. Why, it offers excellent hold and texture at a fair price. It delivers superior styling with a matte finish. Ideal for first-time buyers seeking quality and value, this clay keeps hair looking sharp and well-defined all day.

Hold, fantastic. Scent, not bad but definitely more of an axe body spray scent.
Product dries fast but hair is still moldable. Hold is solid. Like other reviews, the smell isn’t bad but definitely smells like axe body spray circa 2005. Product is good for thin straight hair that needs a little lift. Price point is unbeatable. Either my haircut or the product makes me handsome (handsomeness is self proclaimed).

Very good hold
I like this clay, it holds my hair in place and gives it a good texture. I will buy it again

Works so well and smells great!
This is one of my husbands favorite hair products. It smells good, isn’t too shiny and leaves a natural texture. Dries very fast and not greasy at all. Great price for the quality.

Awful
I've been using hair clay for many years. I used Sebastian craft clay until they stopped making it. I tried Layrite Cement Clay, awesome product!! Ordered it again after this mistake. I thought I would try this product. WRONG! It is just one word, Awful. Got2be Clay is supposed to be Unscented but when I opened it up the smell of it was so overwhelming that I literally had to wash it out of my hair because I couldn't stand the smell. This is NOT CLAY. The hold is NOT 5. This is a $6 product so don't expect much from it. If you like a cream with a sticky hold and your hair smelling like a cheap cologne that'll enter the room before you do, buy it. I wouldn't recommend.

Smells good and does what it’s supposed to do.
I try a lot of different hair products because all you ever find in the big box stores is the same old stuff. I’m not a huge fan of Got2B products because it’s usually stiff and pasty. This stuff works in really easy, it does firm up quick but is very workable for a little while. Hold is stronger than most others but doesn’t leave a wet look.Washes out very easy for a max hold product. One wash and it’s done whereas other products from Got2B usually demand a second wash.

Good price but tacky texture
I ordered this product as it was a good price for the amount from a brand I at least recognized but had not tried. I like using clay and paste hair products for their volumizing effect with a solid but natural hold. In agreement with other reviews, this does smell something like Axe body spray and is unmissable when applying. After drying it's not overly noticeable unless someone is very, very close to your head. My gripe with this product is it dries to a very tacky consistency before even being able to run your hands through your hair, which leaves the appearance of having snot stuck in your hair and gives the feeling of running a pencil eraser across paper. The only way I was able to make this product usable was by wetting my hands first and mixing it with the water in my hands, and even then I had to be very careful not to allow it to stick parts of my hair together into clumps. Unlike other clays and pastes that stay malleable until your hair is styled, I found this to be inconvenient to use compared to others. The performance of other clays/pastes are worth the moderate increase in cost over the odd performance and tacky texture of this product. It might be useful for someone who wants to spike or clump their hair together - maybe.
