I, like so many others, thought I had received a flawed ball, sized incorrectly. There was NO way the ball was going to get as big as the measuring tape indicated. I also thought the instructions were ridiculous: let sit deflated for 2 hours. Pump 80% then let it sit 24 hours. Inflate the rest of the way. However, being a rule follower, I gave it a try. After the 24 hour period I began to finish filling and was so far away from the measuring tape size. I gave up, accepting that I got a dud. The next night, on a whim, I decided to try adding more air. Within a couple of minutes, it had reached the right size! So my advice…just keep pumping! It WILL keep inflating!

I recently had quite a bad experience when my exercise ball burst while I was sitting on it. Instead of requesting a replacement I bought this ball and so far it’s been amazing. I actually preferred the inflation style hand pump and the measurement tape you use to make sure it’s inflated properly works really well. (they didn’t use this technique with my other purchase)When I had a question they got back to me within the hour.A great experience and product. Thanks.

At first I was skeptical with the inflation instructions since you only inflate partially the first day, then wait until the next to fully inflate and the ball seemed way too small. However, it really does get up to size, surprisingly, you just have to trust the process. Otherwise the ball has been great, it's really comfortable and does the job. I have been using it to sit and exercise while being pregnant and it has helped a lot.

I bought the 75cm ball as an alternative work desk chair. There was a defect with my pump but they were very responsive and helpful and sent me a replacement right away! I would recommend this product/seller for anyone looking for an exercise ball.

This ball has helped my sciatica pain to relax and help balance my body similar to PhysicalTherapy ball exercises. I added my portable base for a chair while having people present when they left my hip felt wonderful.

I love it except it's smaller than advertised once it is inflated.

I am recovering from my second total knee replacement in 2022. My physical therapist led me on exercising using the 55cm ball. I found good stretching and toning exercises. Lower back fatigue relief was immediate and core strengthening is much easier to do than sit ups! I LOVE the big ball and will keep using it after the knees are totally rehabilitated. The ball is sturdy, inflates easily and very good quality.

Arrived on time and easy to inflate. My 3 year old asked for 2 things for Christmas and one was a big red ball. She was not disappointed and said it’s her favorite present! It will be great for “toddler exercises,” whatever that may be.

The ball is smaller than ordered and the pump doesn't work well. Took me an hour to fill to 80% Get what you pay for.
