Brilliant book

My 12 year old daughter who loves gymnastics read this book with interest. She wasnt super thrilled by it, but took some valuable lessons from it. There are practical tools to be used and generally as a parent of a child who aspires to be a successful athlete, I thought this was a valuable read.
