This is by far the best shampoo, and conditioner(sold separately) on the market. After 1 week you will find your scalp has healed from the constant itch. I did not have dandruff. Just itchy scalp. Use daily or every other day for best results. Short hair uses less than longer hair. Lathers better, if you really want lather, after using a tiny bit the first time, than second wash a dime size on short hair, nickle size on med length, and so on. Same with conditioner. Less is best. Rub both into scalp for about 1 minute. Rinse out. Another plus, your hair (and finger nails) will grow more quickly the more you use it!

I am a longtime L'Anza product user. Yes, the packaging has recently changed for this product. L'Anza have gone from the white, rectangular bottles to a darker grey/silver squeeze tube. I do not know if the change was only for the Remedy product line or if it goes across all products. The formula also seems like it may have been slightly improved upon. I know there have been some critical reviews on here, but my personal experience is that it is a more-concentrated product now and, as a result, better. I can use less at a time and get the same results. It has a nice, subtle menthol-like scent and It lathers well for a sulfate-free product. Once applied, it offers a slight, pleasantly cooling tingle to the scalp. As long as it is purchased from a reputable seller, I would consider this yet another excellent product in the L'Anza hair care line. Yes, it goes for a premium price, but it provides premium results and as with most things, you get what you pay for.One Further note: This product might offer some relief to people with scalp conditions such as psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. However, it must be noted that this product does not contain Ketoconazole or any other antifungal class of drugs. Anyone in need of a product to treat conditions such as this would be better served using Nizoral A-D (also an excellent product) and/or seeing a dermatologist.

I have tried all the cheaper shampoos and my scalp was always breaking out with acne or intense itching. I looked up sensitive shampoos and this chose this one. I love it and my scalp really does too. There’s no acne or intense itching anymore so thank you Lanza!

Truly amazing product, my hair became oily, I was always itching my head. I do not have dandruff. The itching was embarrassing and continuous. As soon as I started using the product - the itching disappeared, it also makes my hair beautiful and lustrous, most LANZA products are amazing but this product is exceptional. Spend the money, it’s well worth it.

I love this product but the new design of bottle which is rectangular in cross-section is impossible to squeeze, for my arthritic hands anyway. This is an expensive product and it works well but neither my husband nor myself can get anything out the bottle. I'd transfer it to the empty bottle If only I could get some out. Inexplicable that some product designer somewhere thinks a cuboid would be a good dea for a shampoo container.

I wrote to the company about this bottle design, and got a curt, patronizing reply, that did not care, telling me to leave it to stand upside down, as if I was totally thick. This makes no difference. I have small hands and cannot squeeze shampoo out even using two hands! This looks like a bloke with big hands designed the bottle. very disappointing as I have been using this product for many years. The company dont even care about that.

This SLS free shampoo stops my scalp and hands falling apart so from that point of view it's great. It doesn't come in this bottle anymore. In comes in a tall cuboidal bottle which is impossible to squeeze to get the shampoo out. I transferred it into the old bottle and all is well again.

Great recommendation from hairdresser. Sorting out my extremely dry scalp. Expensive so using sparingly.
