Not sold on use for facial pain...
Tried this on the recommendation of a family member for trigeminal neuralgia. It gave me something to use proactively other than medication. It provided minor relief and made my face red. Careful using if you need to wear a face mask afterward. I couldn't figure out why my mouth was burning. Next time I'll make sure to wash my face well before using a mask...I did end up buying a second tube. Not sold on benefit of using for facial pain, tho.

Best warming gel for muscles!
As expected- warms my sore muscles and the heat feels so good when I run out in the cold! I also like that it warms back up hours later when I’m lounging on the couch! The applicator sponge is convenient and mess-free! Glad Amazon has this as I can’t find it in the stores anymore! It’s a subscription item for me!

Works Well
The only thing that works for recent shoulder and neck pain I've been having. The sponge tip applicator is very helpful as you don't have to get it all over your hands to apply it.

Awesome product
Love this product ! I have used for over 7 years now on my neck and shoulders...works amazingly well in lower back pain and leg muscle cramps. I hope they never discontinue this product.. it's the best I have ever found. I would not be able to get through my day without it !

Really helped.
My right foot has a series of issues: fallen arch and arthritis in my midfoot and big toe joint. It hurts with every step. However, this product has significantly reduced my discomfort. I use it once a day after my shower. I don't feel any burning at all. I walk more comfortably and that means ALOT. The applicator helps keep it off your fingers and is easy to use. Improvement comes with regular use.

It's okay
I love the applicator and easy of application but the actual product isn't as effective as Ben Gay and it I felt a burning sensation on the back of my hand for a good 24 hours after use.
