I had this gown customized to my measurements. I also paid for expedited shipping and extra marabou feathers. The gown feels slightly big but it’s still very gorgeous and plush. I was expecting the burgundy to be a bit deeper tone but its still looks flattering with my skin tone.the shipping was speedy, it took exactly a week .I will post a picture when I wear it to my Halloween party.

It’s so smooth feeling almost like silk. The sewing on the item is very well done. Someone stole the first delivery now I know why. It’s definitely a keeper. Just comfortable & beautiful.

Sheds a million feathers every time you put it on. But again it is cute. Wouldn’t buy again but I have it now.

I bought this for my mom after she saw it on Tik Tok for Mother's day. The product came in with an awful smell, the feathers shedded like crazy, and the gown was really ugly and heavy! Nothing like how it's shown in the pictures or on Tik Tok. I messaged the seller immediately after opening the package and they wanted to charge me $100 to ship it back to them with NO GUARANTEED REFUND! A month after arguing back and forth with the seller and contacting several Amazon associates, I was finally able to get my refund. I did have to pay $25 for shipping, but better than $100. If I could rate this 0 stars I would!! Do not waste your time and money on this piece of junk like I did.

The robe itself looks and feels nice, or so I am told. The issue is the quality. The feathers immediately started falling out. I found them all over my house in large clumps.

Its absolutely beautiful and amazing quality! It shipped surprisingly fast too!

The picture makes it look great but once you get it, it’s way too big and looks cheep. The feathers will start to fall off immediately. It looks like a graduation gown with more fabric sowed too it. And when you try to return it you have to pay for the shipping so it will cost you more than you paid for it.
