Company Commander Training Course: A Guide for Army Reserve and National Guard Commanders

First off, I can't emphasize enough how valuable this book is to Army National Guard and Reserve Component commanders. There are other books out there concerning command that have great information, but this the only one I found that was specific for the M-Day Commander. It won't take you long to read it it has so much useful information in it. This book is meant to be resource that you can refer back to on a regular basis, and I find myself referring back to it frequently. I would highly reading recommend this prior to taking command as the first 90 days are critical and this will save you a lot of learning pains.

thorough book. as a new company commander in the reserves, I found this book comprehensive and straight forward. Exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.
