Pack Of 60 Microwave Oven ~ Brown and Crisp ~ Cooking Bags 40 Lg & 20 Med

Been using these now for over 4 years and finding them excellent and so many uses in doing food -you can brown meat for stew in them or cook an entire steak, you can do muffins in them (one or two at a time from muffin mix you add less water to-so it's thicker- (and spray the bag inside with canola oil lightly first- I do french fries in it the same way, a hamburger patty takes just 4 minutes in a 700 wt microwave (punch several holes in the upside of the bag to let the steam out, and when the four minutes are up - hold the bag with patty still inside over a cup or something, and trim off with scissors one of the corners- then tilt the bag and let the excess grease/melted fat- run off before opening the bag), I've done all kinds of vegetables in these bags, frozen fish portions to seared perfection, even baked apples with sugar cinnamon in the center came out great! - Seller- PLEASE keep selling these! This product should be called a "Brown(er) & Crisp(er)" bag. If you have french fries or fried fish and you want to bring it to work and crisp it up in your microwave, you're out of luck: you'll still have soggy food. It seems that t works best when you have things that don't have much moisture to begin with, They're a bit like the silver trays that come with frozen pizzas. They work, too (sorta), but they don't replace a toaster oven.

Works incredibly well. Love to cook Italian sausage in it.

Does an okay job, some steaming of food.
