They havethe largest honey exhibit I have ever seen and it is a permanent display by the MinnesotaHoney Assn. Everything you will ever need to know about honey! You get the history of honey, the many uses, the benefits, and even the couple of minor downsides to using it. I liked particularly the specific ways to benefit your health, skin, ulcers, stomach problems and more. Very easy read and filled with TONS of good info. You'll never have to go anywhere else to learn about honey.

Everything you ever wanted to know about honey is in this book! The author not only tells you how honey can help, he also explains how there is no real way to regulate honey and therefore it can be hard to make sure you are consuming the right type. The author talks about all the different types of honey and how they are processed and gives you simple recipes for consuming the honey for many different ailments. This a great book! A must read!

I'm always in search for ebooks on honey and always try to improve my knowledge on the subject. After all, I can't know everything, right? This guide contains so much information that I didn't know about that pertain to honey. Great guide and thanks to Sanford on writing this amazing book for us.

This book is great!Very helpful and practical.I use honey for coughing and allergies, and I try to stick to raw food.It's so sad that if the honey bees stop producing, human life would perish, within 4 years. We need to stop using chemicals and save the bees.

This is a very interesting book to learn about honey. I love the cover of this book and this book doesn't disappoint me at all. It explain all useful information that you should know about honey, its benefits, its good and bad effects, its recipes. I just realize the health benefits that honey can give.

Everything you've ever wanted to know about honey from A to Z! This is a comprehensive study/resource and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. Now on the lookout for "raw" honey in my area.

Not well written. Some of the things about how to use honey (like putting in your eyes when mixed with water) I would NOT try. Some good basic info. But on the whole I was not impressed. I am very surprised that this got so many high ratings.
