Sullen I'd Rather BE Getting Tattooed License Plate Frame

I have had this on my wish list for a while! I was afraid based on the picture that the license plate frame not having holes on the bottom would hang off and look tacky. But lo and behold it has clips to make sure the frame stays attached to the bottom of your plate. It looks awesome! Love it!!
