I received the package in a timely manner, no damage or anything. Read instructions and charged battery over night before use. The first use I played around with different heat settings starting at the coolest. I kept ramping up to the max 400 degrees... and it still just did not seem hot enough. Yes, it made a slight difference in the texture and consistency of my beard... but if it were just a touch hotter, it would have been better. You really have to comb very very slowly to get the best effect.The only irritating part is I used it for maybe 10 min, and put it away. The next morning I went to use it again and it wouldnt get up to temp... said the battery was dead. I charged it, used it for maybe 3-5 minutes, and put it away. The next day the same thing happened... You only get 1 full use out of a single charge which is pretty pointless. The whole point of going cordless is to be able to travel with it, and NOT be tied to a power outlet.

I got this right before camping in the desert! If you have ever used one of those plug-in hot brushes before, then you will be pretty familiar with how this works—the only difference being that it's portable! Same effectiveness as a hot brush, but on the go! Very convenient with camping, and worked flawlessly :) Just don't forget to charge it when you're done!

Please, Please, Please do not waste you money on this product, it doesn't work the way its advertised, it doesn't heat up the way it says , the life long on the battery it's a joke , I only used it once and by by the 2nd time the light was already red and bom it shut off . My hair doesn't get straight because the brush on it doesn't heat enough to work right. I returned mine for a refund.

Doesn't really ever get up to temp. Battery does not hold enough charge for more than 1 use

I have a bigger, plugin straightener, which works well. I bought this one for the gym so I don't have to carry a big one around. Couple things, it does take a while to heat up, which is not a big problem. I'm not sure if mine isn't getting hot enough, or my beard is way to long for this particular tool or it's not getting hot enough, because it doesn't seem to work very well.The design is good, it's sturdy, just not sure if it's a brush issue or it just doesn't work with my length beard.

I rated a 1 star for drying because it doesnt dry. It states that its dangerous. But if used right this is amazing. Best thing ive bought for my beard.

Do not spend your money it does not heat up I bought it for my husband.. I was so excited to surprise him because he’s always using my flat iron.. but nope!
