Reef Octopus REGAL Space Saving Skimmer REGAL-250SSS

Product is great. That we have a slight problem with the pump on the octopus it is surging! So therefore the pump is not working correctly. We would love for Coral Vue to call us and have our pump replaced where we don't have to keep starting and stopping our protein skimmer. We have been trying to figure out a way to contact them we have called every fish store in the DFW area and they do not have a number for octopus.
