It's rich and mild in all the right ways! The flavor is bold and strong with very little acidity and bitterness. That is a winning combo! This coffee is coffee is so pleasant that I can actually enjoy it black!Note that this coffee is at the low end of the price spectrum for Kona coffee AND is available for Subscribe and Save. It's an amazing deal. Also consider that many non-premium types of coffee actually sell for $20-$30/lb, which is very close to what this coffee sells for. It's not the best Kona coffee out there, but it is very good coffee is regardless of price. For example, I actually like Mountain Thunder's Private Reserve Kona coffee better but that costs quite a bit more.You can also feel good about buying this coffee because it's made in the USA and made by a family owned business.

This is an excellent coffee with a mild taste and most importantly NO BITTER AFTERTASTE! It's very smooth with a rich flavor and easy on my stomach. Some of the more well-known brands can be aggravating digestively.I bought it because I love the Monster Konas and I was not disappointed. This is now my new favorite coffee. The breakfast blend is a little weaker than I prefer, so I have opted to try the Vienna Roast instead, but would definitely buy again!It's also packaged well. My coffee stayed fresh in the package after I opened it and the last time I purchased it was Jan 29, 2021. That's almost six months to finish it and have it remain fresh! Awesome product! You won't regret the purchase!

Good coffee. Being stuck at home, I actually have time to make a carafe of pour over and actually drink it. Figured I would go for some better quality and have always found 100% Kona to be the best I have had. This coffee did not disappoint, and although it is pricey is not bad for 100% Kona and seemed very fresh for a pre-ground coffee. Best coffee I have had at home in some time, and a better value than my nespresso now that I have some time to spare.

Order was filled and delivered quicker than expaected. The price was cery good for Kona. The flavor was simply OK; not as good (less full mellow taste with just a little 'bite') as some I have tasted from the Big Isle. Not bad, just not the best.

I love 100% Kona coffee and I am very pleased with Mountain Thunder’s Breakfast Roast. It is the perfect morning coffee. It is not wimpy, but it is rich and smooth and perfectly balanced. It is just wonderful! I use this in my Keurig brewer using EZ-Cup reusable pods with paper filters. I also use this in a French press on occasion. Either way, it is great. I will continue to purchase 100% Kona coffee from Mountain Thunder.

The coffee tasted good, but not worth the 32.90 price for a pound of coffee.

You coffee tastes very good. I've read that to ensure maximum taste, freshness is important. To do this, I've read that coffee must reach the table within a few weeks of roasting. I realize that it is hard to meet that schedule but that is my comment anyway. Still, the price per ounce was very reasonable and I will continue to purchase your coffee. Thanks, Joel R. Hall

This coffee was better than I had expected. If you love strong, smooth coffee you will love this!!! All the coffee flavor that you love but ZERO coffee after-taste. No more coffee breathe☕
