I had double knee replacement surgery a few months ago. The heavy opioid doses caused severe constipation. Doctors tried everything to relieve it and nothing worked. Did some research on my own and settled on this Fruit & Vegetable Blend and it worked. I couldn't be happier with the results and have recommended it to others who also have said it works. It's amazing I love it and it's inexpensive and easy to take.

I am so happy I’ve started taking these. I’ll admit that I don’t always eat enough vegetables. While I’m working on healthier eating, these are a great addition. I look and feel much healthier. Taking these supplements motivates me to make better food choices because I feel as if it would be counterproductive to take them without also adopting better eating and lifestyle habits. Highly recommend this product!!

Rating a 4-star because I am not sure of the actual benefits. However, we were taking the pricier product with no real added benefit to be felt. This is, by far, much easier than taking 6 capsules at a time. We only take 2 a day. Very cost effective and plan to purchase more.

Easy way to get your greens. I have tried the powders but I cannot stand the flavor of Chlorella and Spirulina, so this is a great way to get all the health advantages of taking greens and not the struggle with the flavors that are repulsive.

How i get my xtra fruit and vegies i started off with a powder suppliment but it wasnt always practical or pleasnt to drink so these pills are great but they are pretty big and can be hard to swallow
