No instructions in English!
Update: i finally got the instructions and used the vest once. I was cooler but a cooling bandana I also bought elsewhere seems to work just as well. I think it has potential though so I upgraded rating to a Four star. Previuos rating was one star and the following: What am I supposed to do with this? I can't read this, clearly there is a bunch of instructions and two different volumes here but no idea what I need to do to use this product. Seriously - what are they thinking? No idea if the product works, because I don't know how or what to fill these packages with. I assume you fill and freeze, but for how long? So much wrong with this. I'm very upset because I needed this product to be able to excercise. The slightest heat makes me very sick.

Not worth the money and takes forever to receive. Too small and couldn't use.
Vest is way too small for me. Also, it took forever to get to me. Did not arrive by date promised. It was shipped from CHINA. It comes with bags you have to fill with water and freeze. Not worth the money. I am trying to return.
