Easy to use
Biofreeze roll on is so easy to use yourself to reach awkward areas of the body. No rubbing, just roll and go. Cools and comforts affected areas quickly. Easy to carry in small bag or pocket. Gives quick relief on sore muscles. Great product.

Back pain relief
I have used bio freeze spray in the past, but I purchased the roll on. It works well if you can reach the painful area, otherwise use the spray option. Bio freeze certainly does take the edge off of back pain.

Not as effective as gel
I bought these as I was looking for another tube of the gel but 3 of these were on offer at the price of 1 so I gave them a go. Very easy to apply to the effected area however in my opinion the pain relief is less than an equivalent dose of the bio freeze gel being applied by hand. But very useful to take to work or for travelling for example. I keep 1 in the office and 1 in the car. So 3 for 1 was worth it for me for that alone.

Best Enabler
I do a lot of disabled sports and activities my Biofreeze is always by my side enabling me to manage my pain and enjoy participating, I couldn't cope without it. I also carry Biofreeze in my handbag when just going about my every day because the rollerball can give me instant releif from pain and fatigue and the smell is pleasant and not overwhelming so nobody complains. The rollerball applicators are fantastic as the don't leak and give an extra massage to tired muscles during application.Biofreeze is so good I've given it as gifts to a lot of friends and family, all continue to use it daily, amzed by the results.
