Leadership Team coaching in real life! Practical and insightful.
Peter is leading the way for systemic leadership team coaching. Excellent read and invaluable insights shared. I'll be going back and reading his previous book but this one gives real life examples of coaching engagements with reflections on what went well and what they got wrong.

For anyone interested in how to work with senior teams, this book is essential reading. It succinctly lays out the business case for collective leadership development and offers a useful model with several applied case studies that nicely bridges the gap between theory and practice. This is the most contemporary reference on team development I have come across and I refer to it regularly. This and Hawkins's previous book are highly recommended.

Breaking New Ground
I consider Peter Hawkins' work in the field of leadership team coaching and development to be groundbreaking, a new paradigm for leadership development in organisations. This book builds on his previous work and illustrates with real case studies how to apply his 5 discipline framework. A must read for anyone interested in significantly impacting the performance of their leadership teams and their organisations.

This is a great addition to Peters previous book on Team Coaching
This is a great addition to Peters previous book on Team Coaching. It consists of chapters written by a range of practitioners who describe and reflect on their practice during recent organisational Team Coaching assignments. In my experience it is rare to get good practice insights but these are well written and give sufficient insight to be really useful and full of new ideas. Peters chapter on Evaluation of Team Coaching is new and well worth readingMichael Nolan Partner Sheppard Moscow llp p
