I used this set for my triple forward helix (6mm) love how dainty the earrings look - Exactly what I was going for, HOWEVER, I had to use needle nose tweezers to get the head onto the body of the earring. The thread is WAYYYYY too short and quiet difficult to thread closed for a forward helix piecing. Any other piecing this is easy to close, but for sure super difficult for forward helix positioning (seriously took about half hour). If the thread was made longer this would be a perfect 5 star purchase. FYI I have showered, washed my hair and have gotten into the pool with these and I have not experienced any "green ears". I am very allergic/ sensitive to anything other than gold/ stainless steel and I've had no issues with these earrings.

I like them a lot but one pair had a stripped base and i lost the threaded head same day. When i went to replace the head with the opal style it was then i found it was stripped inside and that was the reason :( other then that 1 the rest were great

Super easy to use and very comfortable to wear.

Love them! They are the perfect length on the bar end of things but the topper has a super short screw that makes it a little difficult to put on

I bought these in April 2022 and it's now October 2022. I've been wearing these 24/7 in my 3rd lobe piercings this whole time - so ~6mo of constant wear.They're really cute and haven't changed color or cause ear irritation this whole time. I've worn them in the shower, pool, ocean, etc and to sleep and they've held up.They screw from the front - the gem piece is the part that screws off.They're a little hard to put on the first time. Just make sure you screw them on tightly! I lost one top off the first pair I wore within ~1wk, but got it right the second time and they haven't budged for 6mo.PS, THESE ARE 16g, which is larger than the standard for lobe piercings. I DID have to force them in to my 3rd lobe holes and it DID hurt a little, even though I used to have gauges. It wasn't bad or anything but keep that in mind if you want to put them in lobe piercings! Shouldn't be a problem for other piercings, just lobes.

I’m happy with these & I’m a person who has always had a reaction to anything other than gold. I have 3 holes in each lobe, no funky “alternative” piercings, just the standard 20/18 gauge... but the last 2 pairs of holes have shrunk from not wearing earrings much through covid. I bought a threader/stretcher needle to open them back up & put these 16 gauges in, hoping they wont shrink as much in the future. I’ve been sleeping & showering with them a few weeks & they havent faded or caused any reaction, which is a nice surprise for me. Its important to note that these are truly 16 GAUGE, they screwed onto the 16G end of the threader perfectly. I see some reviews complaining they’re too thick, pay attention, there’s a “16G” in the title for a reason lol.A note about understanding gauges: The typical standard/basic piercing is usually a 20 or 18 gauge, even for kids... and the smaller the gauge, the larger the hole. Gauge size is actually used to describe wire. When manufacturing wire, they “pull” the wire to stretch it thin, the more pulls, the higher the gauge number, the thinner the wire. An 18 gauge wire fits an 18 gauge hole. So, these 16g earrings are slightly wider than an 18g hole. If you’ve never stretched your standard hole, either with a stretcher, or by wearing lots of heavy dangly earrings, then these might not fit.

I was a little nervous making this purchase but I’m glad I did! I had been looking for subtle jewelry for my Medusa piercing and this is exactly what I was looking for, this jewelry is comfortable I haven’t had any issues with it!

Love the earrings so far (16gauge, 6mm). However, the post of one earring is longer (7 or 8mm) making it sit differently in my ear and makes the pair unwearable.
