If you look at the price, you might think the product can't be very good. In my experience it is. It isn't made of leather, but it almost looks like it--you might think it is leather until you notice the lack of the characteristic leather smell.This is the second one I've bought (if you look through Amazon's offerings, you'll see several that look about the same, but have different company names). The first one lasted more than a year of regular use, about every other day. I think its demise was my fault: I got a leak in the air valve and couldn't fix it to reinflate (it doesn't have an opening to replace the bladder). I think I did a bad job of slipping in the pin for the pump: that's easy to do if, like me, you can be a little fumble-fingered. I don't think it's possible to replace the bladder or valve once something goes wrong. But I liked the bag well enough to get a second, and the new one is humming along just fine. Some users complain that they need to reinflate it periodically, but I think that's true of nearly all double-end bags and speed bags (Title Boxing has some good ones you don't need to inflate.) A person just needs to be more careful than I was with the inflation pin. I've seen some expression of concern about the cords, too; I used the bag in my basement, which is maybe 8 feet tall, attaching to a beam above and to a weighted bag on the floor, and the product works great: good rebound and satisfying feel. If you're thinking of adding a double-end bag to your workout regimen, it's an excellent choice.

Great focus bag. Took me to a whole new level of accuracy. It good for slips and counter punch combos. The only gripe I have is the stitching started to come loose after a week of heavy training. Although the bag is holding up well. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to improve on their punching accuracy.

Furthermore, the ball's lackluster bounce back failed to provide the fluidity and speed I have come to expect from a quality double end ball.My disappointment reached its peak when I noticed the ball's white paint had smeared all over my $80 boxing gloves. Despite my best attempts, the stubborn paint refused to come off, leaving my gloves in a less than desirable state.This Double End Ball is a poorly made product that not only failed to deliver a satisfactory training experience, but also damaged my boxing gloves. I highly recommend that those considering purchasing this product opt for a more reliable and well-crafted alternative to avoid a similar letdown.

Excellent beginners double ended bag for the money. Can't go wrong here.1) Never over inflate bag.2) Any bungee cord will be cheap with beginner's kits. You will have to knot them off after the staple comes out, then get new ones after they fray.3) Never hit these bags hard. They are for timing and reaction. Watch movies to learn technique.4) Use some sort of padded boxing gloves or at least hand wraps.5) Never pull on a loose thread, it will unravel the outer PU leather covers.6) Never leave outside in the elements.I am very happy with this bag. I find myself in the zone when I finally got it. It is very addicting.Peace and Love

Two things... The caribiner clips were very cheap and broke within the first week, not a big deal to replace them. The only other thing that would be nice is to have the bungee length adjustable on top and bottom. This seems like it would be best for atleast a ten foot ceiling the way it comes. I modified mine to suit my 7.5 ft ceiling and it's perfect now. Overall good purchase
