Biojoy Dried Organic Tomatoes Without Oil and Sulphur (1 kg)

Great buy - massive package! I thought I'd be done with them fairly quickly, but I'm guessing this kilo would last me 'til 2021.Taste good, not overly salty (though perhaps even less salt would've been even better), I'm vegan - so it gives a pretty meat-like sensation when eating.Also, if you didn't know - sundried tomatoes are packed with potassium! 100g gives you over 1500mg - you're welcome! ;) And oil-drenched ones would just ruin the health benefits, so better not go that route.

As Italian I should know better, ask your mum first... but I did not until I complained on a video call that these tomatoes where a bit hard!So you have to boil them a few minutes, few meaning 2 - 3 TOP let them cool down then you can (as you should anyway) put them in a jar with OLIVE OIL, OLIVE OIL, and if you want to do as they do in south Italy also add a sardine to it.They are very good and very well priced.

Absolutely delicious! I have had to put them at the back of the cupboard to stop me permanently snacking on them! So far, chopped some up to put in naan, made a tomato and olive spagetti sauce with lots of good olive oil and soaked some in oil for later. It is surprising how little food we need when it is first rate. Just some of these tomatoes out of the oil and the naan is enough for a meal.

Tasty and just the thing to give pasta and the like an extra bit of flavour. Quite pricey but I think it's worth it.

Really good you must steep them in boiling water and white vinegar (half and half) for 30 minutes. Let them boil for a minute or so then remove the heat but leave them sitting .Then store them in oil - not all virgin olive oil add a bit of another oil or else the will look cloudy if you keep them in the fridge.

I am delighted with these. They will be fantastic additions to tomato sauces and other dishes. They are a lovely texture, not too chewy, so they're also nice to eat as a snack. I saw some reviews mentioned a grit, which I assume might be salt used in preserving, but there's nothing like that in mine so far. Very pleased.

We were pleasantly amazed with the amount of tomatoes received for the price, especially knowing they were organic, bio. And they are delicious.

A great product, no salt, organic, tasty, well packed.I've tried many other 'sun-dried tomatoes' & these IMO are way above the rest. TRY THEM!!

Je ne comprends pas le Nutriscore D, il me semble que ce produit est très sain, plein de fibres, bref ... bizarre.Je trouve ces tomates un pur délice, je dois me retenir pour ne pas vider tout le paquet en une fois.Très pratique aussi dans un potage, il ne faut surtout pas mettre de sel, il y en a effectivement assez.

Muy buen producto. Los tomates son excelentes! No te olvides de pasarlos por agua caliente unos 20 minutos antes de poner en aceite ;)

Ich hatte sie eigentlich zum Snacken und mit Lieferung nächste Tag bestellt. Sie sind gut getrocknet und schimmelfrei sowie haltbar bis 12/2024Zum einlegen,kochen und braten werden sie vielleicht gut sein.Das Aroma für getrocknete Sonnengereifte Bio Tomaten lässt hier zu aber zu wünschen übrig . Ich hab eher das Gefühl , sie sind hochgezüchtet im Zelt.Ich hatte schon getrocknete Bio Tomaten von anderer Firma zum Snacken die richtig volles Aroma enthielten und süßlicher ,fruchtiger und softer waren.Preislich für diese Bio Tomaten okay .Nachtrag : sie sind wirklich sehr trocken und geschmacklich nicht so toll. Zum einlegen vielleicht geeignet , jedoch nicht zum so Snacken. Meine Zähne und Zahnfleisch schmerzen hinterher ganz schön . Ich Kauf sie nicht wieder ,da leg ich lieber 5 € drauf bei den anderen .
