Buck Strider 889 889bks Smbf Knife Black 420hc Blade & Black Taccom Handle

Best knife I've ever seen or held. The quality is unreal and the price is perfect. A Strider knife like this cost over $300. Honestly this is my second one, I lost my first and was so happy to find one on Amazon.

I had owned a Buck Strider when they were originally introduced several years ago and really liked it. I traded it and regretted it ever since. I was very happy to see these available. Incidentally, the actual Strider version of this knife starts at $400.00. As the seller stated there are some slight imperfections on the finish of the blade but they do not in any way take away from the beauty of this knife. See the photo of my knife. Of course the level of quality probably isn't up to a strider, but none the less this is a very nice knife for the cost. It is very strong but not particularly thin if that is important to you. The design is unique. The fact that it is riveted instead of screwed together just emphasizes the collaboration influence between between the designer and the manufacturer's need to provide an economical knife.Grab one while you still can!

Fits my hand seems to be well balanced. Nice blade.

I missed the original run of the Buck/Strider collaboration several years ago. I just received this knife, and it is built like a tank. Also, the customer service is stellar. You should definitely get one before they're all gone.
