Love that back up battery
The product was just what I needed. It has a huge back up battery that looks like four AA batteries bundled together. It has two wires, one for 120V and another for 277V and it worked perfectly for my store that has 277V line set up.LED light is bright enough to look like it is ON even with indirect sunlight from the windows.

Fast shipping and works perfectly.
Bought a different brand a few years ago and it stopped working. I now have three Ciata units and they all work great.

No instructions! How do you mount it? Where is the bracket? How do you attach second exit plate? How do you charge the NiCad?
The LED Exit Sign with Battery Backup is 100% worthless, absolutely worthless.Unit arrived in box, just a box, and unless you are clairvoyant, you have to guess how to remove the covers and caps, how to install the other "exit" plate (single or double sided), locate the mounts, check the NiCad, and test the unit. It is an electrical unit, so how about enclosing safety information???? Will you get shocked if you open it and reach in the small space while trying to locate and attach the NiCad? Does it need to be hardwired to function? If so, how do you hardwire it? Are extra parts needed to make the unit work? If so, what?Where is the mount, how do you mount the unit, where is the mounting bracket, is a bracket even included, where is the hardware, is it missing screws for the mounting, how do you check, charge, or replace the NiCad. Do you need to hard wire it to work? Does the unit need to be hardwired in order to test it? How do you test the unit? Do you hold the button for 5 seconds, or do you need to attach the NiCad first, but where is the NiCad located? How do you open the unit to locate the NiCad? How do you know if the NiCad is good or bad? Does it need to charge before illuminating? If so, how do you charge it? If the unit becomes dirty, how do you clean it, submerge it in water???What about safety for the unit? Where is the information on user safety with this unit?Without paperwork, such as instructions, safety information, user guide, warranty papers, this unit is more frustrating than a lame dog howling as it chases it tail beyond midnight.I have never purchased an item that was so hyped on its reviews. I am sending this (worthless) item back to where it came from.If it sounds too good to be true.... Caveat Emptor.

Great value and very nice product!
This is a very nice EXIT sign. It is very nice quality, just as good as ones we looked at for 3 times the price!! They were very prompt with shipping too! We will definitely do business with them again, should the need arise!

... on the cheap side quality wise but the work great so far
They are a little on the cheap side quality wise but the work great so far. I've purchased two and both are doing Great. I'd recommend for the price.
