The Combit feels hot enough but I feel that I would like to see more of an actual comb. I could be an attachment but the main reason would be to gather the hair together and bring it up to the heat source without getting it too close to the face. This would be a significant advantage for a shorter beard or when a longer beard is in its early stages (or on the side of the face.

After several annoying emails from combit i will leave a honest review. Its a bread straightener it does it job nicely that being said it must be foreign made as its build is cheap plastic and during the unboxing i seperated the handle no problem put it back together but now i do it every 3 uses

Fast shipping. Great communication.Quality product, well built.My beard is a little too short to take full use of it right now. (only 1/2 inch) at this length, if i press enough to straighten, its too hot on my skin, but it does work. Looking fwd to getting full use out of it in a few more weeks.The company has great service. They have followed up with me MULTIPLE times, even before I got my order. This thing seems solid, and like it will last a long time. However I'd buy from them again if I needed another, or if they ever start making other things.

I have only used this twice but both times have worked well. I will say that it takes a bit longer to get the desired result that I had anticipated but I am happy so far. If you have a medium to long beard then this will work for you.

Works well on mustache and sideburns but not so much on my beard. The teeth of the comb are not long enough to actually comb my beard or allow heat to get through it. The wooden comb that comes with it though, I really like it.

product does not work like it says. Maybe my face is sensitive but this thing gets hott!! Too hot for my face, so I tried it on my hair, maybe my hair is too thick, but it doesn’t work there either, the “comb” part is just really thick teeth that don’t seem to work. I keep my hair short for work, but as soon as my hair gets 2” long it gets curly so I got this product, maybe if the teeth were more like a comb or brush it may work, or if I had really fine hair.... but then I probably wouldn’t need it. Not impressed with the product, but it’s $15 so I’ll keep it and keep trying different ways and lengths to see if it will work, probably throw it in the garbage or give to my pre teen daughter.

I am writing a review but I want to see video proof of the giant hug to an old lady, the guy growing taller and all the other promised stuff if I leave a review. Item wasnt that great truthfully. My horses mane stills stands up uncontrollably like the hair of an Irish drunk after St. Patty's day. Maybe the prolonged use of this item will yield the results promised. We shall see!

Comb gets quite hot and could cause a burn if you place it on your skin. It does somewhat straighten out my beard. It would make a good gift!
