Once I figured out how to pair and connect via Bluetooth I am in love. But when I first got them I could not figure out how to use them! Finally I was able to do a factory reset and start over.The instructions are poor. The sound quality of these is excellent! They fit my small ear canals very well. Battery life is great! I get four hours of use if I only use them for music or things like TikTok. The charging case is a huge perk. It’s small and compact and travels well. Doesn’t take it long to recharge either.The only con is trying to figure out how to pair them. I love the multifunction button but it’s easy to click them and turn them into individual use and can share with others. But, as previously stated, the instructions are poor! I figured out how to use them by watching a video on you tube. If you have to do that search for Q13S TWS earbuds. You may not find the exact brand but the settings of the earbuds works for any brand as long as it’s for the above stated.Can’t beat this price for awesome sound quality! They sound amazing!!

These headphones work great you don’t have to stay by your phone and last a long time

For the price, it’s not bad, but make sure and have rubber ear inserts that can attach to this unit because it doesn’t come with any, and sound is a little bit better than average and only about 36 mins of batt life

My initial inclination to get ear buds was for use during my frequent bicycle rides. This is my regular and solitary exercise during these difficult times. This was easier than using wired ear buds attached to both me and a device all the while pedaling. Bluetooth earbuds solved several of those difficulties for me. I saw these advertised on sale and the time seemed right. I've been very pleased. Although noise cancelation is not perfect on my bike, it is good enough and better than my previous music. And much more convenient! I've also begun using them on frequent Zoom calls on my computer and tablet. Very comfortable and convenient. The only difficulty is pairing at times which can require waiting for the device you want to pair with re-discovering the earbuds. They were also so comfortable, we got a pair for my wife who has had difficulty finding earbuds that were small enough to fit in her ears. I'd buy them again...

Product is very clear, music comes out loud. Charge last pretty long.

The buds are very comfortable, but there is to much background noise, I thought they were noise cancellation ear buds, but the background noises are very load, also when the ear bud is about to cut off it says battery low and cuts off immediately, not giving you a chance to switch out the ear bud and that's not good especially if your driving. Most ear buds will say battery low and give you at least a minute to change it. Otherwise the sound quality is very good for listening to music.

I had a pair of jaw bone that I returned and got these based on a friends recommendation. Love them. They are not my primary pair for phone but are for music. I keep in my jacket incase I don't have my normal Plantronics piece.For phone quality it's honestly pretty solid. Interference on the receiving end can be noisy if you're in a noisy place but on the callers end I have had no issues hearing the person I'm calling or having any of the noises on my side come through the set.Great for music even at the gym. I got rid of my jawbone set bc they couldn't stay in my ear. These I've had no issues with running and coming out.Charging case is great. I like that I can charge other things with it. Honestly haven't used in a long enough sitting to rate battery life.

These are pretty good really, I didn't have issues like some others have had. I found them of quite a good standard compared to others that I have bought. They can be a little tricky while interchanging from normal phone to headset whilst in a call, but I certainly wouldn't say they are difficult to operate. Read the teeny tiny book and you should be able to remedy most problems you might encounter. I would and do recommend them, they do what they say they do. The batteries over time loose their charge slightly, but not to the point you are having to keep charging constantly. Overall the price is very reasonable (when I purchased them at $29.99), delivery was fast, after all, it is Amazon. Happy Shopping!
