After loads of searching hand rails elsewhere, came to these Kenosha handrails here on Amazon. Looked at the company website and decided to purchase for my mother's back steps. These wall mount handrails are well made! I've had to sift thru bolt together box steel style or sketchy foreign manufactured rails, but these are sturdy welded US made handrails. Mounting brackets are heavy gauge steel welded to the top rail, I don't see these failing in the future. Supplied hardware is color matched and is top notch! They provide brand name drywall anchors, but you really don't want to mount handrails to drywall if you plan on really using them. Kenosha also supplied a 7/16 masonry drill bit, no random no-name foreign garbage, but brand name Triumph US made masonry bit! I'm genuinely unsure if anything I've ever bought came with brand name hardware and accessories, WAY to GO Kenosha!!(Saved me a trip to the hardware store since I didn't have that bit, but now I do!) Finish is nice, maybe powder coated. After establishing comfortable height for mom, it took less than 30 minutes to install. The design is simple, but since this was an outdoor utilitarian install I'm not concerned that the rail isn't flashy. I wish Amazon carried the 1 foot model , so looks like I'll be buying from Kenosha directly for that. If you are looking for heavy-duty well built handrails for your home I strongly recommend giving Kenosha a look. US made, excellent hardware, and free brand name drill bit... I love em!!

In rushing to order a railing for our daughters return home from the military We ordered the wrong size railing. When we realized our mistake we contacted the company explaining what happened. They gladly let us exchange the railing for the correct size and rushed out the correct size we needed. The installation was easy and fast . Now the steps in our home are safe for our daughter to get up and down the stairs. The railing looks beautiful and is made well.

We bought two and put one either side of the porch. They look good and serve a necessary purpose now we are disabled. We had searched other ideas for handrails, mostly much more costly, but these were ideal and good value. Would definitely recommend.
