Certainly a pretty good flashlight
Certainly a pretty good flashlight. Does everything that it claims. Only problem I had was with the charger, is she going to charge up the batteries right away like you should and the light on the charger that plugs into the wall is green then pull the charging cord out a little bit on the base unit until it turns red, it will then turn yellow and green eventually, meaning that your batteries are fully charged. Evidently, if you don't play around with the plug into the charger base a little bit then it thinks that is not plugged into the base, because if you unplug the cord from the base all the way the light on the wall charger turns green also. Other than that, it performs well and if you get the amount of pressure down right on the back end of the flashlight then you can switch modes without actually turning it off each time. The company seems very thoughtful and concerned about your satisfaction.

Disappointed
I purchased this flashlight specifically because it advertised a 2000 lumen output. When it arrived, I charged the batteries per instructions and tried out the light. While it worked as described, I was very disappointed in the light output. I candle eggs daily and have been using a 16Watt fluorescent bulb which has been adequate. Comparing the illuminating quality of the flashlight to the bulb, showed me that, even at a full battery charge, this flashlight was much dimmer than the fluorescent bulb. Add to that, the fact that the batteries lose their charge at full output, VERY quickly, and this light simply isn't what I expected. The kit is very nice and they included an extra set of batteries, but the light itself is not as it was represented. I'm returning it.

Great flashlight and kit
Great flashlight and kit. So good finally having a super "rechargeable" flashlight, batteries, extra batteries, charger, cords and all enclosed in it's own case, with lanyard, of course the flashlight has it's own lanyard. The flashlight has five modes; hi, med, lo, strobe and sos.Best thing for me is that it all fits nicely in it's own case. No parts getting lost!The only thing that I cannot attest to yet is it's durability or longevity, but it all seems well manufactured to me.

Well made and Powerful
I bought this flashlight for my job as an appraiser. First off this flashlight is well constructed. The fit and the finish seems durable and heavy duty. The box that it came in is a welL thought addition and is handy. The charging time for the battery is around 8 hrs and the red light on the charger does not go off to indicate charging is done which is a bit confusing. The green light on the plug stays on permenantly as well. After charging it comes the fun part. The beam from this flashlight is impressive. When I focus it in and point it at the water tower across the street from my house the led lights it up enough to read the name of the city painted on it. one of the things I don't like about this product is having to cycle through 5 modes to get the beam you want. In my opinion most people will always want to use the high intensity mode and maybe prefer having the strobe mode for emergencies. All the other modes are a bit redundant. I bought this flashlight because I wanted a super bright beam and having to cycle through two weak beams is a bit cumbersome. Other than that I would recommend this flashlight . It's well made, comes with a bunch of accessories and is powerful enough to do the job. I like it.

its also a weapon
Love it and rightly-full I should have given this light 5 stars. But I wasnt looking for a weapon, this light is obviously made for combat.. really tough with sharp edged protecting the lens and gnarly handle you could use as a mini baton or brass knucks.. so its good.. but a bit weighty for sticking in your jeans.

Great Flashlight Get Price
I am certainly happy to own what I believe is the best Flashlight on the market today. It lives up to everything as advertised, and that is very utmost in my book's. So many companies say one thing out of one side of their mouth, but end up being just the exact opposite. The sleek design (not cumbersome), sturdy construction, dual charger's,along with extra rechargeable batteries make this a perfect flashlight for anyone to have today. I am not an Outdoors person, but I will feel much safer wherever I might adventure. If you are looking for a quality product that does not cost you a fortune then this is the one for you. This is one of the brightest flashlights on the market today. The ease of handling makes it helpful to use regardless of your situation. The batteries can be charged within 8 hrs or less depending upon how low you might run them. I am able to as they say "literally almost pick the leaves" of of my neighbors yard several hundred feet away. The consistent light that the flashlight provides exceeds other's produced today. I just don't understand how anyone can find fault with flashlight, for why pay twice as much for another product that dose not give you everything for a whole lot less. I certainly like the fact that the company stands behind their product 100%, and after talking to the Owners I know that I can rest assured that if a problem should arise RS Insights will be quick to solve them. I guess that might be a little hard for some people to believe, but as I have already stated "You get what you pay for", and in this case the BRIGHEST Best Rechargeable LED Flashlight available for purchase today.
