I have been using this sleeve to support my plantar fasciitis and Achilles pain while doing freelance dancing, and it’s been genuinely helpful. It gives steady compression around the ankle and heel, which feels supportive on days when I’m not using my cold compress. I first ordered a medium, but even with slim ankles it felt a bit too snug, likely better for cooler days when feet don't swell. The large fits more comfortably in warm, humid weather. Keeps my splint in place
It fits over my ortholon splint to hold it securely in place at the ankle. It is unobtrusive under socks and tights. Highly recommend this product for this purpose. Would give it 10 stars if I could
