Great cable. Low noise, clear sound. Great price!
I compared 5 new cables, all 10 feet long, each having one straight and one right angle tip. For me, I prefer a right angle to plug into my guitar and straight to plug into amps and for guitar to pedal. I would prefer straight end if plugging into a typical strat jack, but most of my guitars plug in at the side, including the one used in this test. I prefer Right-Right for pedal to pedal, and I prefer straight-straight for pedal to amp or other outputs at the end of my pedal chain. The cost for each was: A: $11.99, B: $15.60 C: $16.36, D: $19.61 E: $61I wish I had included a better price range of cables - they seem to be clumped at the Economy end, with one very expensive cable as an outlier, but this is what I have. It would be nice to have something in the $30 range, but at least I have the high end one to compare.I used the same guitar, exactly the same settings. I ran directly into a high-end audio interface, and into a DAW. I compared silence (no strumming, no string movement) on the 3 pickups - then I strummed a single chord on each pickup. (I used my Fender EOB, so got single coil, humbucker and “noiseless” pickups, in the same guitar - I didn’t use in-between - mixed pickup settings, only the single pickup settings 1, 3, 5). I listened and compared each cord, and I compared spectrograms of each to look at the waveforms to see what they showed. Results from the test found some differences in sound and noise levels, mainly giving a slight bit of “sizzle” at very high gain levels, but none were exceptionally different, to be honest. I will note below any noticeable differences for this cable. They all sounded good and none were unacceptable. I was surprised that there wasn’t more noise or more difference in sound quality. Sound quality differed in adding a slight muddying of sound, or maybe having more or less clarity. I didn’t try to create extraneous noise or additional interference from other electronics etc. so I can’t speak on rejecting this type of interference. Overall, considering noise and sound quality, I found the following ranking from best to worst: E=B, A, D= C this does not account for price, warranty, interference or noise rejection (which I didn’t test) or quality of the build… these factors seem to be what you’re paying for with the $60 high end cables. These didn’t really show up in this test. This was B, above, the second least expensive. Honestly, it sounded as good as the most expensive. Chords were clear, not muddy, and it sounded great at all settings. It had very little sizzle noise - as much noise as A, and less than C& D, but slightly more noise than E (the $60 cord). While this cord is a basic cord and doesn’t have any “frills” , it is a solid choice and if treated well (mainly in how it is coiled up in between uses) it should last as long as others in its price class. Overall, this is a great sounding cord, well worth the money.

Nice quality
Nice cable. You can tell it’s good quality. It’s a little stiff and curls up when you don’t want it to. But you get used to it.

So far,so good.....
I bought this particular brand cable at the recommendation of someone on a guitar forum, after asking about decent quality, budget oriented cables. Other reviews were also very positive, so I grabbed one. It seems to be very well made, no complaints so far. My only issue would be with the companies replacement guarantee, which requires the buyer to pay shipping BOTH WAYS. This would make it more expensive to replace for "free", than to just buy another. Still, I'm happy with the product, and Amazon's speedy, free shipping. A++

I've gone through lots of cables over the years but this one is very high quality and should last.

Seems Good, So Far
The quality seems more than adequate. Can't tell how many years it will last, of course. The cable is covered in a kind of fabric. A good cable for the price, but nothing extra special about it, so the four stars. Maybe worth five.

The Best Cable You Will Own
I never thought I would be sitting down to write a review about a cheap Amazon cable by an obscure brand, but here I am. Buy this cable, its worth every penny. All the positives in all the reviews are 100% correct, this cable is hands down a deal, high quality build, fantastic sounding, and dynamic playing. There is a very noticeable difference in sound quality the second you plug one of these cables in. We did side by sides, it's night and day difference, especially when compared to a cheap pro co or hosa style. I have owned/toured a Mesa Studio Preamp + 50/50 for 20 years, and I have never heard my amp sound so good, nor felt my guitar play so nuanced dynamically. There have been all species of cables played through my rig, but apparently I have never felt what it's like to be truly connected, nor ever heard what my guitars really sound like, as crazy as that seems :DThe sound quality is excellent and full, with deep response (you may actually have to EQ your lows). There is a warmth too that I assume was always trimmed out with inferior cables, but if it wasn't, this cable provides it. There are all sorts of nuances from playing a tube amp that seem to be lost with inferior (or sometimes expensive) cables. With this cable, the range, attack, sustain, harmonics, and bounce are all extremely "tactile" and balanced. Its almost like low latency high sensitivity, with a very transparent analog warm-touch, if that makes sense to describe. The noise in this cable is very low. It's not something you notice right away since most likely you're kinda blown away by the sound, but it's super important later on. The interference in this cable is really low. Doing the CFL bulb test (hold guitar/it near a bulb) it was way less noisy than the others. There is no noise flopping it around or working out a kink while plugged in.The build quality and hardware seems top notch at this price. Gold plated tips, tension ring to prevent right angle barrel from unscrewing, "logical" shrink wraps that arent tooooo loooongggg, heavier gauge wire, excellent sheath, not prone to kink, slides over itself, looks cool. We got the carbon grey, it's sweet. At 20 feet with right angle plug, do not even look at $50+ cables, scoff at the $80+ cables. Don't waste your time :) Cables get destroyed, and for the response + sound at this price point (~$17 for 20 feet), this little gem Kirlin is all the further you need to look. Buy a backup and you're still ahead of the big boys.
