The auto focus was quick in decent light. The only time I had trouble with the focus was in low light or when there was a lot of things to throw it off, like tree branches. The sharpness was impressive. At this price, I was expecting to lose a lot of detail, and I really didn't see that happen. It actually worked well on many of my Nikon zoom lens. This picture of a rabbit in my backyard was shot with my 200-500mm lens all the way out, equivalent to 700mm. The light wasn't that great and there is decent detail. Very happy with this teleconverter.

Works pretty good. Would get 5 stars but the provided caps fit loose and fall off, it works with most of my lenses except my gen 1 Tamron 150-600mm, my biggest complaint is there is play and with a lens attached it can be felt if you twist the lens. Shooting from a lens mounted tripod or monopod sometimes even off hand can cause it to malfunction. Price and pros out weigh the cons and it's well worth the money, just be aware that it's not perfect.

Works as well as the “higher” priced models

Seems to produce sharp photos. The build is a little light weight but considering how it's used should be fine. Gets you that extra reach.

Totalmente compatible con el objetivo tamron 70-300 mm vc usd.Feliz com la compra. Funciona el enfoque automático con mi cámara nikon d5600, casi como sino tuviese el teleconverter. Calidad buena de materiales de construcción y calidad de imagen más que aceptable, depende mucho del objetivo en el que se acople.

Monté sur un Boîtier Nikon D750 avec un objectif 28-300 mm Nikon ce convertisseur KENKO 1.4 remplit sa mission honorablement. Pas de souci au niveau EXIF qui confirme bien une distance focale de 420 mm. Pas de souci non plus pour l'autofocus sans rien changer aux réglages de l'objectif. Quant aux caches fournis avec le convertisseur, ils tiennent bien, mais il faut les serrer en tournant vers la gauche et non vers la droite. Bref, pour une utilisation occasionnelle ce convertisseur est largement suffisant et d'un bon rapport qualité-prix (en particulier si on fait la comparaison avec le coût d'un objectif de 400 mm).

Deutliche Qualitätssteigerung an einer DX DSLR-Kamera mit 24,2 MP mit Nikon 300mm Standard-Optik, Bilder sind deutlich schärfer und kontrastreicher geworden, rauschärmer. Es passiert nicht nur reine Bildausschnittvergrößerung, wie bei älteren Modellen, sondern auch Qualitätsverbesserung des Bildes. Das Produkt hat somit meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Leider, keine Produktbewertungen von s.g. "Profi's" im Internet vorhanden, da es sich um eine Neuentwicklung aus dem Jahr 2018 handelt. Sehr schnelle Lieferung: an einem Tag bestellt - am nächsten Tag bekommen (Premium-Versand).

Ich habe den Kenko TC an einer Nikon D500 und D850 mit den Objektiven Tamron 15-30 F/2.8 G2, Tamron 70-200 F/2.8 G2, Nikon 24-70 f/2.8 und Nikon 300 f/2.8 VRII getestet.Vorab noch: die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hervorragend: ordentliches Gewicht, komplett aus Metall und Kamera und Objektiv sitzen satt und ohne wackeln am TC.Der TC hat mit dem Weitwinkel 15-30mm gar nicht funktioniert. Ob das überhaupt Sinn gemacht hätte, sei mal dahin gestellt, das darf jeder für sich entscheiden.An den anderen 3 Objektiven und mit beiden Kameras hat der TC grundsätzlich funktioniert.Aber z.B. die kleinste Blende wurde immer unterschiedlich übertragen. Mal 2.8, mal 4.0.Das wäre mir noch egal gewesen.Für mich das KO-Kriterium war die Autofocus Perfomance und die Bildqualität.Der AF hat mit den 24-70 und 70-200'er Objektiven viel zu lange benötigt um auch nur ansatzweise für Sport oder Schnappschüsse zu funktionieren.Mit der großen Prime Linse (300 f/2.8) funktioniere der AF mit TC dagegen erstaunlich schnell und wäre für mich ausreichend gewesen.Dann kommt leider die Bildqualität hinzu: das Bild mit TC ist einfach flau und je nach Motiv mit verwaschenen Kanten. Der Kontrast und die Schärfe fehlen einfach und lassen sich auch in der Nachbearbeitung mit DxO PureRaw und Lightroom nicht wieder herstellen.Im direkten Vergleich mit den selben Fotos ohne TC, fällt mir persönlich die Bildqualität zu stark ab.Zusammengefasst: der TC eignet sich aufgrund der schlechteren AF Performance eigentlich nur für statische Aufnahmen und die Bildqualität leidet sichtlich. Ich arbeite dann lieber mit dem nativen Bild und croppe ggfls. etwas mehr oder ändere meinen Standort.Daher ging er dann nach dem Testwochenende wieder zurück.

Très bon convertisseur pas de perte de qualité d'image .parfait léger et peu encombrant pas de perte d'automatisme avec le nikon DF , le plus les exifs remis a jours avec le convertisseur.

Utilizzo quasi esclusivamente ottiche nikon af-d su d750 e d7200. La resa con il 300 mm f4 if ed e con il 70-210 f4 af su d7200 è eccellente. Nessuna perdita di qualità. L'autofocus rallenta leggermente, ma nulla di drammatico. Per le ottiche af-d, che preferisco alle af-s, non esistono teleconvertitori nikon che conservino l'autofocus. Con questo gioiellino kenko ho risolto.
