TECHEF Omelet Pan--get this one!!
What an awesome omelet pan that works very well! There was one I was looking at, but it didn't have the protective orange safety handle to flip the omelet like the TECHEF pan had! I am so happy I made this choice.

Great Omelet Pan
Great omelet pan. Well made and very sturdy.

General works as described
This does making an omelet easy. The non-stick surface works great; never have to worry about anything sticking to it and cleans up super easily. The only thing I don't like about it is the way the two halves fold together. Any melted butter or other liquid in the pan will drip out through the two halves as you close them together. I know that's a minor complaint, but if the edge of one of the halves overlapped the other, this could possibly prevent this issue. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the design and functionality of this egg pan.

Best omelette maker!!
This is my second Techef omelette pan. The first one is still working great. I had to get a second to cut down on times between making more than one. 1.55lb omelette is a monster!!

The chickens are on strike!
Nice product. Uses lots of eggs for 1 serving. Unfortunately, I can't eat all it, but I can share. About 6 eggs gives you a decent omelete.The chickens have to work overtime!
