We love this electrolyte. Has all the needed minerals, just one tiny bit a day is all you need without the added sugar or natural flavors. Great product will keep on buying it.

Very easy to use by adding to water. Has a very subtle taste so be aware if you are trying to get something without any flavor but the taste is very mild and seems just slightly sweet. Seems to work well to add hydration to your day.

I am not sure they are helping me much. But I don't know they are expensive when you can find electrolytes in plain unsweetened organic coconut water

Hands down-this is the BEST electrolyte product I have used. It is tasteless and I just add it to my water. Since it is tasteless, there is no icky aftertaste and there are no icky ingredients.

I have been using these electrolytes for over 8 years now. I always have them on hand as our household is very active and we need to stay hydrated. I do not taste them in the 30oz. or 40oz. water container I use and there are no added colors or flavors. The liquid is clear and they just work for my family.
