I did some troubleshooting with EW Elite to check all possibilities and came to the conclusions that the joystick was the issue. I returned this product and hopefully will try to get another one.

This wheelchair is easy to maneuver, very comfortable and fits through tight doorways. For the price this wheelchair is the best value

This wheelchair is amazing and has changed my life.

I returned this as I found it very difficult to fold and get to stand up on its two little legs Also, the joystick is not easily slid on the armrest and needs to be removed when transporting the chair.

I am a bit confused now. I followed the instruction to assembled the chair. Attached thejoy stick controller, which is charged over 12 hours. The power and the horn work fine,but the chair doesn't move. Please advise. Thanks. Jerry W.Day 3 Update：Finally figured out charging up the power wheel chair. The PWC manual does have the information, it‘s just a bitdifficult to figure out what needs to be charged, the joy stick as well as the left side battery.My 99 year old father is very happy trying it out. He says the joystick is very sensitive to drive in the senior apartment. I’ll be monitoring his progress for the next few days before we take it to a casino for a spin.

great seat, the most comfortable I have experienced, turms 180 almost in its own footprint, very maneuverable even in tight doctor's offices ... BUT .......BUT ... it slides on our asphalt driveway ... it spins on the newly replaced ramp which is covered with roofing paper that looks like sandpaper ... went shopping at Safeway and even had problems there too ............ I have begun the Amazon return process and now must begin the hunt again for a good wheelchair

Very uncomfortable to sit in if you are a midsize to large person and heavier than 50pds.
