I went for the biggest size in a moment of "go big or go home" and I will admit it's much bigger than expected which has made me laugh a lot. As others have said it is bent up to fit into the packaging but I was prepared for that. The first photo doesn't quite show the extent of how crinkled up some of it was. I tried our little steamer first but that didn't do much so put the iron on the hottest setting, with steam, sprayed the hat with a little water and put a piece of toweling cloth between the hat and the iron. It worked a treat and the hat is now perfect. Was even able to reshape the middle a little which was just me being extra fussy. It took half an hour to do at most and that's because I was fiddling as I went, was actually wearable in half that time. Would definitely recommend if you have time to wait for the shipping, although it came earlier than expected and you want to try out the style without paying a huge price tag. Very impressed and might even order a smaller brimmed one for the days I'm not feeling so showy!

The hat looks cheap and floppy. The way it was packaged means it will never recover its shape.

First of I would like yo say that the order arrived way faster than expected. It did arrive folded but I got it ironed under a towel and it was perfect in 5 minutes. Honestly dont worry about it, it gets fixed very easily. If you are buying for a retro /vintage look, go with the smaller brim since the large is LARGE. Otherwise a lovely and very affordable hat!
