Sort of works. Why bother? When it comes to lice, sort of is similar to saying "the ship sort of floats."

It's great if you use it as you need. I kept it on my child for about 20 min every couple of days. Combed out a lot of dead lice. If you're a busy mom like me is best to use their spray daily.

Seems to be working! Kids around them have gotten lice but so far my girls have escaped it.
