Works just fine.
I am docking one star for no four pin connector being included with the cable. I was lucky in having a five pin connector laying around from a different purchase that I was able to break off the additional connector and use it with this for my project. Otherwise, I'd have had to wait for another mailing with a tiny piece of plastic and metal (probably shipped as a bag of 50 to 100).I now have red lights on the rear of my bicycle for night time riding, just in time for the end of daylight saving time and the beginning of my after dark rides home, thanks to this controller.
