This was an interesting read and is full of helpful advice and information . A good easy to follow reference resource .

It's ok, not sure I'll keep it though, may resell as can't see me reading this again or following all of the advice.

intersting study of this subject...quite alternative

Haven't tried the lifestyle change as the book is near impossible to follow, the lay out, everything is just too complicated.

Excellent. Very informative. Purchased a few books but this one definitely has everything you need. Worth the money. Looking forward to starting detox.
