I love this pill case and have been using their faux leather one for aproximately 4 years. Unfortunately, due to a baby kitten getting in the way I snapped one of the lid closures off last year and was unable to find a replacement locally. This one arrived in perfect condition and even though the closures are extremely tight right now I know they will loosen up with use & be very easy to open shortly.Even though this pill case is designed to use for 7 days plus one extra I actually use it for 3 days of meds. Due to several serious & chronic medical conditions I take a large # of meds throughout the day. This case is the perfect size to hold 3 days sorted of all of my meds & is a great size to carry everywhere I go. Also because I have all of them packed ahead of time if I cannot remember whether or not I took a med it is very easy to count the remaining pills to figure it out.I expect this one to last me many years of daily use & I definitely recommend it for anyone else needing a pill case.

This was perfect as a travel kit. Relatively small, yet it allows me to have a weeks worth of pills, with a safety day left. I ordered two and keep one stocked at work, in case I forget or am a hurry at home, and as a second week if I end up on a long trip..The design is functional and the leather cover attractive and of good quality.I will have to see how will the plastic lids last over time with the flexing of opening and closing, but so far really good.

it is a perfect solution to my problem-- holds several pills in each day spot. zip case makes sure the case does not open in my purse -- the pill container is opaque and a little hard to open at first-- which I was not expecting-- not is it a deal breaker-- would recommend highly. love the color

This is a great way to carry extra Aspirin or Tums or anything you might need without having to carry around a bottle. It is very stylish.

The individual compartments appear a little small, but they still fit everything I needed, including a big ol' calcium tab. The leather is soft and the color is lovely.

Perfect size for purse, I also needed to replace after 2 lids snapped off after years of use. Use the purple leather case for other stuff.

Compartments are too small for the amount of daily pills I take. Zipper wasn't very smooth. Wouldn't recommend this item.
