Paint matched it. Also when you remove your old one you will have paint defects. Be sure to fix that or you’re not going to like it.

This piece is rugged and fits great on my HD2500 pickup. The metal fasteners did not fit as snugly as I would like them to but the self stick tape works well. I would prefer metal fasteners that have expansion inserts. The fasteners for a tailgate on a pickup truck should be robust.

No instructions. Came with what looked like enough screws and anchor nuts. Also came with a small bottle of what looks like clear nail polish. I have no idea what it's for. The holes lined up perfectly, however, I had to use my own rivnuts and tool because the anchor nuts that came with it were too small. I drilled the hole to fit the larger ones, but I could not get them to seat tight enough. Using my own rivnuts and screws made installing simple. It looks great.

I never write reviews but in this case it needed to be done. I saw this product and ordered it without reading the reviews. It was set to be delivered a week and a half after order but arrived in two days. So thank you for the quick shipping. After I ordered it I was looking at the product in excitement, as when I bought the truck it had a cheep double stick taped cap that blew off when driving within the first month. When looking at the purchase I decided to read the reviews and saw a lot of bad reviews that worried me. I have a 03 1500hd and the fit and finish was everything I was hoping for. Feels strong and fits tight. Gives me confidence that it will last. The supplied hardware was to small and not used as I had the needed screw hols already in my tailgate, I just needed to find the correct screws to fit. Thanks for the inexpensive product that fits and looks great.

This spoiler does not fit as original for 2003 silverado. It does look similar and lines up with existing holes but does not come down as low on outside of tailgate leaving old abrasion/scratches from original visible.

Definitely cleaned up. My truck came with all the extra parts. I had to end up putting screws every 5 inches on the backside going all the way through because the sticky tape would not stick properly and stay stuck other than that. It’s an awesome product. It get the crapkicked out of it.
